Left on Charles St.; right on Beacon St.
Library is up hill 1½ blocks past State House on right

FROM I-93 NORTH OR SOUTH (VIA STORROW DRIVE):
Exit 26 (Storrow Drive)
Exit at Gov't Center/Kendall Sq./Cambridge
Follow signs to Gov't Center (Cambridge St.)
Stay on Cambridge St. as it turns into Tremont St.
Right on Park St.
Right on Beacon St. at State House
Library is 1½ blocks on right

ACCESSIBLE BY MBTA RED OR GREEN LINESFrom the Park Street Station walk up the hill through Boston Common (follow the Freedom Trail) toward the State House and take a right onto Beacon Street. After crossing over Park Street, the Athenæum is the fourth building on the right.

Directions to 109 Myrtle St.
in Boston's Beacon Hill

Myrtle Street is Located in Boston's Beacon Hill. It is easiest to walk to this location from the Charles Street T Station or to park near the Boston Common and walk from there.

FROM CHARLES STREET T STATION (Red Line):
Leave the T station and head south on either Cambridge or Charles Street.

From Charles walk south to Revere St., turn left on Revere and continue on for several blocks until Myrtle forks off to the right. 109 Myrtle is located two blocks farther on the left.

From Cambridge Street walk several blocks to Grove St, turn right on Grove and continue on until Myrtle. Turn left onto Myrtle. 109 Myrtle will be on the left two blocks farther.

FROM BOSTON COMMON:
Follow Charles Street north from The Common (across Beacon St.). Turn right onto Revere and continue on for several blocks until Myrtle forks off to the right. 109 Myrtle is located two blocks farther on the left.

and Lysander Spooner's Gravesite in the Field of Ephron

VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Take the Orange Line to the Southernmost stop at Forest Hills
After leaving the station walk south on Washington St.
Turn left on Tower Street and follow until the Tower St. Gate to Forest Hills Cemetery.
Upon entering, follow the leftward path. The gravesite area you will approach first is the Field of Ephron.
