Cleveland Sept. 15 1853
(Thursday night)
Dear Spooner:
I intent to arrive in Boston, by the Hall River route from New York, on Wednesday morning next, & proceed
directly to Lowell, unless, by accident, I should hear my
wife’s being ____. I believe the Hall River train is due in Boston between 6 & 7 AM, & the ferry train in Lowell leaves at 7:45. I have another _____ letter to ____ ____ of
this. But he may not get any of them, if he has not gone to Lowell, so soon as you may properly be able to
communicate with him. Please call on Mrs. Hildreth, therefore, & tell her
about it; for I think it is not entirely ____ may yet be thereabouts,
since I have ___ learned the ___ not go to Lowell at this time I expected she would, & have a fancy she
may have been off on a ___ ___ when with others ildbeth
In hast, but
heartily, yours,
Geo. Bradburn
